  • Inquiries and Prospects: Information from prospective client inquiries that do not result in an engagement is retained for two (2) years from the date of the most recent communication, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Website Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it does not identify individual users.
  • Legal Holds: Information subject to a legal hold or preservation order will be retained until the hold is lifted.
